ADMISSION TO M.C.A. COURSES

1. Rustamji Institute of Technology, (RJIT) has been conducting 3 years Full time M.C.A. Course  under the affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal, since the academic year 2000-2001. MCA Course  is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and Director of Technical Education (DTE) M.P. Bhopal.
2. 16 Seats for BSF serving/retired/deceased on duty personnel’s wards and 04 seats  for serving/deceased on duty CRPF, ITBP,SSB & CISF  personnel’s wards are available. Fee structure is open for revision in future as per the directions of DTE Bhopal and BOG, RJIT BSF Academy. The details of present Annual Fee structure are as follows :-

3. An Entrance Test will be conducted under the guidance and supervision of RGPV, AICTE and  Director of Technical Education (M.P.) at RJIT, BSF Tekanpur only.
4. (a) Last date of receipt of filled application forms at the office        :     10 June 2009
         of Principal, RJIT, BSF Tekanpur.
   (b) Date of Entrance Test                                                 :      28 June 2009  at  0900 hrs.
5. Eligibility:- Candidate should be a graduate of any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or Institute recognized by the concerned University as equivalent thereto. The Bachelor’s degree must be of minimum three years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as compulsory or an additional subject at either Higher Secondary (10+2) or at Graduation level. Candidates with Bachelor or Computer Applications (B.C.A.) degree of minimum three years duration all also eligible for admission. Candidates are required to fill  the application form attached with this letter.
   Note:- Candidates in the final year of any degree examination can also appear in the BSF Entrance Test-2009 on provisional basis. But such a candidate shall have to produce the original certificate of having passed/mark sheet of the final year of the degree examination at the time of counselling.
6. Wards (Sons & daughters) of only those BSF/CPOs personnel are eligible, who are getting their pay/pension out of Govt Exchequer.
7. The Entrance Test fee is Rs. 100/- (non refundable) except for the wards of BSF widows for whom the Entrance Test fee is Rs. 30/- (non refundable)  only. The amount can be sent in the form of :-
        (a) A Demand draft drawn in favour of Principal RJIT payable at UCO Bank (Code No.0688) or      State Bank of India (Code No. 8284) BSF Academy, Tekanpur Gwalior (M.P.)               
                                                                                          OR
        (b) Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Principal RJIT payable at Post Office Tekanpur,      Gwalior M.P.
8. Photocopy of the  following certificates are to be attached with the application form :-
        (a) Date of Birth certificate.
        (b) 10+2 Pass Mark sheet/ appeared certificate.
        (c) Father's service certificate issued by competent authority of concerned department. Retired      person also produce Relationship certificate by the concerned department mentioning Real      Son/Daughter in respect of his ward.
        (d) Character certificate.
        (e) Two self addressed envelopes with stamp of Rs. 5.00 on each.
        (f) Filled admit card for Entrance Test.
        (g) Three number coloured Pass Port Size (front sided) photographs.
        (h) Necessary Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order (Application without requisite Bank Draft/ Indian      Postal Order, shall not be entertained)
9. Candidates who are found eligible for admission to MCA  will be required to pay full fees on the day of admission i.e. 29  June 2009. The amount deposited in cash/  Demand draft drawn in favour of Principal RJIT payable at UCO Bank (Code No. 0688) or State Bank of India (Code No. 8284) BSF Academy, Tekanpur Gwalior (M.P.).
10. Hostel Facility for 126 Boys and 50 Girls  is available. Hostel allotment will be as per the Hostel Policy. Boys candidates who get the Hostel accommodation will be required to pay the Hostel charges separately.
11. Bus facility from Gwalior to Tekanpur and back is available.
12. All Units/HQrs are requested to circulate the contents of this letter down up to BOP/Sub Unit level by 05th May 2009.
13. This application Form is also available on line at RJIT website www.rjit.org.
14. In case you are not in receipt of Admit Card till 20 June 2009, duplicate Admit Card will be issued on 26 June 2009 on producing the proof of DD/Mailing alongwith three passport size photographs.
